LACP Configuration on Cisco ACI
In active/passive mode, only one LAG member is active at a time and the other members are in standby mode. In the event of a link failure, the standby members take over and traffic is rerouted. Active/active mode uses all LAG members simultaneously and traffic is evenly distributed across all links.
To configure LACP in Cisco ACI, follow these steps:
- Go to the Fabric > Links page.
- Select the LAG you want to configure from the list.
- Click the Edit button.
- Select the LACP Mode from the drop-down list.
- Click the Save button.
That’s all there is to it! LACP is a great way to increase bandwidth and redundancy in your Cisco ACI environment.
