The Cisco ACI fabric is a building block for next-generation data centers that need to be highly scalable, cloud-ready, and application-aware. The Cisco ACI fabric consists of Cisco Nexus 9000 Series Switches in the access and aggregation layers, and Cisco Nexus 7000 and 7700 Series Switches in the core layer.
