Cisco Aci What Is a Pod

A pod is a group of one or more physically interconnected switches with each other and with a router. The router provides a single point of entry and exit for the pod. All traffic entering or leaving the pod must pass through the router. A pod typically contains two to four leaf switches and two to four spine switches.
