When configuring Quality of Service (QoS) on Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI), it is important to understand the different QoS levels and what each one does. QoS level 3 is typically used for data that is not time-sensitive, such as video or audio files. This level is also known as “best effort” because it does not guarantee delivery of the data. If there is congestion on the network, packets may be dropped. However, because this data is not time-sensitive, it is not as critical as data that is time-sensitive, such as voice or video calls.
